Cancellation, Returns and Modification
At The Oasis Bliss, we take pride in offering high-quality bath and cosmetic products to our valued customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel, return, or modify your order. We're here to make the process as seamless as possible.
Cancellation:
1.1 Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we begin processing your order and may not be able to accommodate cancellations.
1.2 Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@theoasisbliss.co.uk as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order
number in your cancellation request for faster processing.
Returns:
2.1 15 Day Return Policy:
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. If more than 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2.2 Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
2.3 Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact our team at customerservice@theoasisbliss.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this RA number on the return package.
Refunds:
3.1 Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 days.
3.2 Approved Refunds:
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
3.3 Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items, such as gift cards and opened products, are non-refundable.
Modification:
4.1 Order Modification:
If you need to modify your order, such as changing the shipping address or adding/removing items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped.
