Once your order has left The Oasis Bliss, you will receive an email from Royal Mail which will contain tracking information. You can then track your order via the Royal Mail website to see an estimated delivery date.
Adjusting or cancelling your order from The Oasis Bliss depends on its current status. Visit the Royal Mail website and enter your tracking number to update your address, request a safe place for delivery, or arrange for it to be left with a neighbour.
If you have any questions, please email us with your order number and the changes you wish to make.
We sincerely apologize for any issues with your product. While we strive to ensure our handmade items are securely packaged, some delicate items may be affected during transit.
